You may return eligible physical products within thirty calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the day you receive your comfort kit at the shipping address provided during checkout. To initiate a return, you must contact Flexiblepurifyox within the thirty-day window and receive a return authorisation before sending items back.
For digital-only purchases such as standalone digital guides without physical components, refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of purchase, provided the digital content has not been downloaded or accessed.
The following return conditions apply to our comfort kit product range:
If your purchase includes only digital components, refunds are available within fourteen days if you have not downloaded the materials. If your bundle includes printed materials, unopened printed guides may be returned within thirty days in their original packaging.
The lumbar cushion and physical accessories in this bundle may be returned within thirty days if they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Digital transition schedules and calibration charts are refundable within fourteen days if not accessed. Any physical planning materials included in premium editions must be returned unopened within thirty days.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a comfort kit product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the thirty-day return window. To start a return, follow these steps:
Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience processing delays or be refused. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.
If you are returning a product because it is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, Flexiblepurifyox will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item and proof of postage.
If you are returning a product for change of mind within the thirty-day window, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Flexiblepurifyox is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipment.
International returns from outside Australia are accepted only for faulty products. Change-of-mind returns from international customers are not accepted due to shipping complexity and customs requirements.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds include the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error, a faulty product, or an incorrect item shipped. Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition, missing components, or showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

If you receive a comfort kit product that is faulty, damaged during shipping, or missing components, please contact Flexiblepurifyox within seven days of delivery. Provide photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering all return shipping expenses.
Faulty product claims are assessed under the Australian Consumer Law. A product is considered faulty if it is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, is not fit for its disclosed purpose, or does not match a sample or demonstration model.
Digital components of comfort kits, including ergonomic guides, habit trackers, and video walkthroughs, are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased digital content, contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternative delivery method before considering a refund.
If you accidentally purchase a digital product or purchase the wrong comfort kit edition, contact us within forty-eight hours of purchase before accessing the content. We may offer a one-time exchange or credit at our discretion.
You may cancel an order for physical comfort kit products before it has been dispatched by contacting support@flexiblepurifyox.world. Once an order has been shipped, standard return procedures apply. Digital products that have been delivered via email cannot be cancelled after delivery.
